Can Blau Montsant is a red Spanish blend from the appellation of Montsant, part of the historic region of Priorato which recently achieved its own D.O. Montsant has a long tradition of producing robust yet elegant wines. Cellers Can Blau has several vineyards in the hills of Montsant, each chosen for its particular soil and microclimate. This wine is a blend of Carinena, Syrah and Garnacha. It received scores of 90 points from Robert Parker and 91 points from Steve Tanzer!

Can Blau Montsant is bright ruby red with an aromatic bouquet of raspberry, cherry, licorice and floral notes. Medium-full in body with silky tannins, the wine offers great depth and ripe fruit flavors of cherries, raspberries and blackberries. It is nicely balanced with a long, complex finish.

Enjoy Can Blau Montsant over the next 8-10 years with steak, roast pork, paella and aged cheeses.
