Miguel Torres Santa Digna Sauvignon Blanc is a fine Chilean white wine from the world-renowned Torres family of Spain. The Torres family arrived in Chile in 1979, enthralled with the beautiful vineyards of this South American country. Stone crosses called "Santa Digna" separate the cold Pacific, burning desert, southern forests and Andes Mountains. In addition to producing great wines, Miguel Torres contributes to the protection of the Andean Condor.

Miguel Torres Santa Digna Sauvignon Blanc is light yellow-gold in color, showing aromas of ripe tropical fruits, apple, grapefruit, and fennel. Light-medium in body with bright acidity and a silky mouthfeel, the wine offers flavors of grapefruit, passionfruit, green apples, and lime. Fermented in stainless steel, with no oak, it is nicely balanced to enjoy now and over the next 3-4 years. This crisp white is long and cleansing on the finish.
