The Pinot Project Pinot Noir is deep garnet red in color and features pure Pinot aromas and flavors—black cherries kissed by oak and complemented by just the right amount of Asian spices and a hint of cedar. Medium-full in body with silky tannins, this red wine gem is nicely balanced with a long finish. It pairs beautifully with grilled salmon, roast pork, grilled chicken and pastas.
