X Winery Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the vineyards of Lake County, Napa and Sonoma, California. X Winery was created in 2001 along with Amicus Cellars by CEO/Winemaker Reed Renaudin. The new winery's philosophy is to use the latest winemaking research and technology and overlay it with traditional winemaking techniques to produce consumer-friendly wines at outstanding prices. The successful result is that X Winery Cab is a true red wine gem. Winemakers are Reed Renaudin and Gina Richmond. Only 1000 cases produced.

X Winery Cabernet Sauvignon is dark garnet red in color and packed with rich aromas of dark fruit, white pepper, lavender and dark cherry chocolates. Full-bodied with a soft, complex mouth feel, this robust red offers layers of black cherry, blackberry, black currant, plum and blueberry flavors. The wine was aged for 10-12 months in a combination of French and American oak, 24% new. Polished and beautifully balanced, it offers a long finish with notes of mocha and cedar.
