Minimum Legal Age:

You must be at least 21 years old to order wine online and receive wine delivery. Once our wine license is approved, proof of age will be required on your order form and may be requested upon delivery. If you will not be home, we encourage you to have wine delivered to your office or to a neighbor who is over 21.

Shipping Information:

Minimum online purchase is $45, excluding shipping and sales tax. Most orders ship within 24 hours. UPS shipping time ranges from 1 to 5 business days, depending on destination.

Special $9.99 UPS shipping per case of 12 bottles in NY; $9.99 per 6 bottles to most other mainland USA destinations.

As soon as your order ships via UPS, you will receive an e-mail from QuantumView Notify with your UPS tracking info. You can track your package directly online at www.ups.com.

Delivery and Store Pick-up:

Free local delivery in Larchmont, Mamaroneck, Harrison, Rye, Scarsdale, New Rochelle, Pelham and Bronxville, NY. Free pick-up of your order is available at our retail store in Bronxville, NY. Perriello’s Cantina is located in the Chester Heights neighborhood of southern Westchester just off the Cross County Parkway at 480 New Rochelle Road. Free convenient parking is available in the parking lot of Mr. Vincent’s Plaza, at the corner of New Rochelle Road and Alta Drive.

Tax Rates:

We ship FOB from our Bronxville, NY facility, where title passes to the purchaser. We collect 7.375% NY sales tax on all orders shipped out of state, except for 8% on New Hampshire orders. For orders shipped within New York state, the tax rate is 8.625% except to NYC (8.375%) and Westchester (7.375%).

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If you decide to cancel your order, let us know immediately via e-mail or phone. Unless your order has already shipped, no cancellation fee will apply. If UPS must return your package, you will be charged the cost of return shipping. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call or e-mail to arrange for return and refund.

WE DO HOWEVER SHIP STEMWARE AND ACCESSORIES TO EACH OF THESE STATES.

SPECIAL SHIPPING RATE FOR NEW YORK: Only $6.99 for up to 12 bottles or one gift box or gift basket via UPS Ground to any destination in New York State.

To other mainland USA states, where permitted, shipping charges are:

$9.99 for 1-6 bottles or accessory items (accessories will ship at no additional charge with a wine order if they fit in the wine shipping box) or one gift box or gift basket

$19.98 for 7-12 bottles or accessory items

For stemware, shipping cost via UPS is $9.99 for up to 6 stems (or one decanter) per shipping box.

A surcharge applies on shipments for delivery to Hawaii and Alaska. Please call or e-mail for exact rates. We do not ship outside the US at this time. Please note that UPS will generally not deliver to a PO Box address--we must have a physical delivery address.

We must rely on our customers for correct delivery information. If you realize the address you've given us is incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible! If we have not yet shipped the package, we will gladly make the correction. If we are notified of an error after the package is released to UPS and before delivery, we will need to recall the package and hold the customer responsible for a $12.99 per case UPS return shipping charge. We can then re-ship the package to the corrected address, subject to normal shipping charges.

All products are sold FOB our wine warehouse and title passes to the buyer in New York state, where local sales tax applies. Perriello's Cantina, LLC, makes no representation to the legal rights of the buyer to ship or import wines into any other state, and the buyer is solely responsible for shipment. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. Charges for shipping wine will be applied to orders with a $6.99 maximum per case charge for delivery points within New York.

Delivery to most destinations within 1 to 5 days of placing order. We use UPS Ground for most shipments.

Expedited shipping options are available. Please call or e-mail to inquire about Next Day, 2nd Day and 3rd Day Select rates, or to receive UPS Tracking info for your order.

Severe heat and cold can put our wines at risk during transit. At our discretion, we may choose to delay certain shipments during certain months, pending improved weather conditions. Please let us know if your order must arrive by a particular date. We stand behind our products and will re-ship at our expense, if necessary.

To be safe during extremes of weather, we recommend using our new Templiner(R) Aluminum Insulated Box Lining to protect against extreme heat and cold. We'll ship your order with extra protection and guarantee your wine arrives in top condition. Please call or e-mail to inquire.

"Case discount price" reflects a 10% case discount (5% on Sparkling Wines) for any mixed-case purchase of 12 bottles or more shipped to a single address. "Regular price" will apply to final invoice on orders of fewer than 12 bottles. "Special sale price" applies regardless of quantity.
