The Screwpull Foilcutter makes your life just a bit simpler by getting you quickly and safely to the cork of your wine bottle. No more shaky swipes with a knife blade! Just place the patented 4-wheel Foilcutter over the top of the bottle and gently squeeze the cutter arms against the bottle neck. Turn back and forth to cut the foil, then tip the cutter to lift the foil from the bottle.
