At the heart of Silver Ghost Cellars is Weston Eidson, winemaker and owner, whose journey into the world of winemaking began at his grandfather's table. Growing up surrounded by the aromas and stories of wine, Weston's grandfather was not just a connoisseur but a collector, particularly drawn to wines from the regions of Bordeaux, Napa Valley and Alsace. 

Weston adopted the name of his great-grandfather’s favorite car for his winery - the 1909 Rolls-Royce Silver Ghost - as a tribute to his family and inspiration. At Silver Ghost Cellars, each bottle tells a story – a narrative of heritage, passion, and the profound connection between family and the art of winemaking.
