DAM Vodka is distilled organic wheat and the purest water from the Croton Watershed. Only through attention to detail at every stage and the absence of chemicals and additives will a vodka achieve the purity and natural smoothness of DAM Vodka. Produced without any additives, artificial flavors, or sugar.

Very clean, crisp wheat aromatics on the nose with a trace of sweetness. On the palate, a creamy, viscous mouthfeel with a soft texture. The finish is impossibly smooth, with lingering, warm afternotes.

The base of Croton Dam Spirits spirits is produced from organic winter wheat. The first distillation is made under strict organic control. The grain is grown in Italy by a multi-generational family-run company that has been certified organic for over 35 years. The natural smoothness of this distillate results from many years of skill and knowledge in nurturing soil, seed, growing, harvesting, fermenting, and distilling.
