Return Policy

Due to New York State Liquor Authority regulations, we can only accept returns for damaged products. If you receive any damaged items in your order, please:


  1. Document the damage (photos are helpful)
  2. Contact us immediately
  3. Keep the original packaging


We will promptly work with you to either replace the damaged items or provide store credit. For quality assurance, all orders are carefully inspected before shipment.
