Jizake Tenzan Junmai Genshu Sake is rich and medium dry, packaged in a traditional bamboo-leaf-wrapped bottle. Jizake Tenzan is made from highly refined Saikai No 134 rice that undergoes extreme scrutiny for sake brewing suitability. It is best served chilled or on the rocks. Genshu refers to a sake bottled straight out of fermentation, without aging or filtering. Sweet/Dry: +2 Light/Rich: +4. Alcohol is 18-19%.
