Ai Galli Prosecco Rosé Brut Millesimato 2024 is a delightful vintage sparkling rosé from the famous appellation of Prosecco in the Friuli-Venezia region of northeast Italy. Passion, research, dedication and tradition: these are the fundamental values Azienda Ai Galli has pursued ever since it was established over forty years ago. A vast plain extends from the Pre-Alps to the Dolomite foothills, featuring long rivers, springs rising in the Dolomites, and different types of soil. A passion for viticulture and culture does the rest to produce great Venetian wines. It’s made of 90% Glera and 10% Pinot Noir from the winery’s estate vineyards in Pramaggiore.
Ai Galli Prosecco Rosé Brut is soft pink in color with enticing aromas of apple, stone fruit, almond, white flowers, and mineral notes. Crisp and bright with medium body and a creamy texture, this bubbly offers enticing flavors of pears, nectarines, vanilla, and almonds. It is nicely balanced with a long, smooth finish.
