Holden Manz Proprietor’s White Blend is a beautiful dry white wine from the Western Cape wine region of South Africa. Named after owners Gerard Holden and Migo Mans, this Franschhoek property was originally developed into a wine farm in 1999. Located in the top, southern-most corner of the Franschhoek Valley, in the embrace of its spectacular mountains, the 22 hectares Holden Manz Wine Estate is situated between the Franschhoek River and Stony Brook at 300 meters above sea level. Today it is a lifestyle destination, boasting five-star guest house and spa, restaurant, picnics by the Franschhoek river, with an art collection housed in the town.
The grapes for this white blend were hand-selected by the Holden Manz Cellar Master from a variety of locations in Banhoek, Wellington, and Simonsberg-Paarl. This vintage is a blend of 53% Semillon, 25% Chenin Blanc, 14% Chardonnay, and 8% Viognier. This cuvée delivers a golden colored, medium-bodied wine with a floral bouquet, full mouthfeel and a long-lasting finish. Vegan friendly.
Enjoy Holden Manz Proprietor’s White Blend as an apéritif wine or with grilled swordfish, roast chicken, pasta, and salads.
