Seiichi Fukano is the 7th generation of his family to run the distillery, located in Hitoyoshi City, Kumamoto Prefecture of Japan. The Kuma River supplies water to the distillery where both malted and unmalted rice is distilled to make singular whisky that is limited in nature.
