Berlucchi Freccianera Franciacorta RosaBrut, a dry sparkling rosé wine made of 60% Pinot Nero and 40% Chardonnay, is a delightful alternative to Champagne at roughly half the price! Fratelli Berlucchi is one of the oldest and best preserved cellars in Franciacorta. Restored in the Seventies, its authentic vaults from the 1300s brought to light frescoes from various periods, the oldest dating back to the 1500s. The vineyards cover about 70 hectares of vines. With around 400,000 cases of Franciacorta produced yearly, Berlucchi is one of the largest Italian producers of bottle-fermented sparkling wine. The winery practices sustainable farming.
Berlucchi Freccianera Franciacorta Rosa Brut using the Franciacorte method of refermentation in bottle with 40 months on the yeasts. The wine is intense pink in color, fine and persistent in the mouth with notes of red berries, citrus, and a delicate scent of yeast. Enjoy this sparkling wine as the perfect aperitif and with every course of a meal, including desserts.
