Madivin Alexandra Cairanne is a beautiful red wine from the southern Rhone. It was created in collaboration with Red wine created in collaboration with Alexandra, winemaker at Cairanne “Cru” of the southern Rhône Valley. Vinification and maturation at the winery with Alexandra. The estate of 31 hectares of 60-year-old vines lies on the left bank of the Rhone. Biodynamic farming.
Madivin Alexandra Cairanne is a red blend of 50% Grenache, 30% Syrah, and 20% Carignan. Medium-full in body with silky tannins, the wine was aged in concrete tanks for 18 months. It offers a beautiful nose of black fruits and spices with hints of menthol. Intense, velvety mouthfeel and a long, pleasing finish.
