Ai Galli Prosecco Extra Dry Millesimato 2024 is a delightful vintage sparkling wine from the famous appellation of Prosecco in the Friuli-Venezia region of northeast Italy. Passion, research, dedication and tradition: these are the fundamental values Azienda Ai Galli has pursued ever since it was established over forty years ago. A vast plain extends from the Pre-Alps to the Dolomite foothills, featuring long rivers, springs rising in the Dolomites, and different types of soil. A passion for viticulture and culture does the rest to produce great Venetian wines. It’s made of 100% Glera from the winery’s estate vineyards in Pramaggiore.
Ai Galli Prosecco Extra Dry Millesimato is pale straw in color with a fine, lingering perlage. It offers enticing floral aromas of acacia and wisteria, almond, and mineral notes. Crisp and bright with medium body and a creamy texture, this bubbly offers rich flavors of pears, nectarines, vanilla, and almonds. It is nicely balanced with a long, smooth finish.
