Galilee, Israel Mevushal and kosher for Passover. Arza Winery was established in 1847 in the Old City of Jerusalem. Today the winery is headed by Motty Shor, a 7th-generation descendant of the founder. Together with winemaker Philippe Lichtenstein, they offer a combination of family tradition and professional winemaking. Arza Charisma Sauvignon Blanc was produced from a single vineyard in the Galilee region. The cool climate of the Galilee is most suitable for the Sauvignon Blanc grape, producing a light-bodied crisp wine with tropical fruit aromas.
