The First legal Texas whisky since Prohibition, this is a highly awarded aged corn whisky. Made from 100% roasted artisanal blue corn, this particular varietal adds a unique nuttiness and freshness to this well-balanced spirit. Aged in new American oak barrels that have been lightly charred so as to not over-oak the whisky but rather accentuate the blue corn’s unique flavor qualities. Never any chill filtering or caramel coloring.

Baby Blue is the first blue corn whiskey made in Texas. It marries refined complexity with the freshness and verve of a traditional corn whiskey. (92º) Made from 100% roasted Hopi blue corn, the kernels are roasted, distilled twice and briefly aged in small oak barrels this imparts a slightly sweet, nutty richness that is entirely unique. Best served neat, with a little cool water, or over ice.
