Bodegas Pinord Clos 15 Semi Sweet Sparkling Wine is a refreshing bubbly that is kosher for Passover and mevushal. Bodegas Pinord is the first winery in Spain to be certified for its organic and biodynamic practice for a portion of its wine production.
Clos 15 Semi Sweet Sparkling Wine is a blend of 60% Xarel-Lo, 30% Macabeo, and 10% Parellada from the Penedes region of Spain. It is pale gold in color with greenish hues. With bright acidity, the wine is intense and complex with citrus, white fruit, and floral notes.
Pinord Clos 15 Semi Sweet Sparkling Wine is perfect as an aperitif and pairs well with fruit, desserts, and soft cheeses.
