Chapel Down Brut is the winery’s best-selling and award-winning English sparkling wine. It’s a classic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Blanc and has notes of apple, citrus and strawberry with fine persistent bubbles. To ensure consistent top-quality fruit for this wine, the winery sources from a collection of vineyards in 3 English growing regions: Kent (89%), East Sussex (6%), and Essex (5%). Grapes are grown predominantly on single and double guyot pruning systems, on varied soils including, chalk, clay and loam to best benefit the grape varietals grown.
