They have been working both in the vineyard and in the winery following biological/organic farming since 2012. Apricots, peaches, minerals, mint, almonds and flowers all come across the nose and palate in this soft, caressing white. The wine is well balanced to enjoy now and over the next 3-5 years. It is clean and refreshing on the palate, and leaves a long, pleasing finish.
