Cynar 70, as a high proof version of Cynar, has much the same flavor profile. While both are created from artichoke they do not tatse like artichoke, its flavor is enriched by an infusion of 13 herbs and plants. Cynar has lots of herbal flavors with dried fruit notes blending together to create a rather bitter finish, rounded by caramel smoothness.
