DAM Dry Gin is a new-world, botanical gin. The base of our gin is our vodka, so the nose of DAM Dry Gin is incredibly fresh and vibrant, with no alcohol smell to divert the fragrant bouquet of organic botanicals. Produced without any additives, artificial flavors, or sugar.

Subtle juniper notes become more pronounced as the gin opens up. Clean botanical and citrus aromas create an elegant, layered, nuanced gin experience. The finish is long with a creamy sweetness and just a faint hint of anise or licorice.  

The base of Croton Dam Spirits spirits is produced from organic winter wheat. The first distillation is made under strict organic control. The grain is grown in Italy by a multi-generational family-run company that has been certified organic for over 35 years. The natural smoothness of this distillate results from many years of skill and knowledge in nurturing soil, seed, growing, harvesting, fermenting, and distilling.
