Wine Spectator selected the 2006 vintage among its Top 100 Wines of 2009. We just think it's a great red wine gem! Only 1000 cases imported. Emilio Moro Ribera del Duero is dark ruby in color with a beautiful bouquet of blackberry, cherry, anise and earth. Full in body with silky tannins, the palate offers cherries, blackberries, figs and spice. Aged for 12 months in French and American oak, it is well balanced to enjoy now and over the next 12-15 years. It lingers impressively on the finish.
