Tenzan and highly refined Saga Yamada Nishiki & Saga No Hana rice that undergoes extreme scrutiny for sake brewing suitability. It is best served chilled or on the rocks. Balanced, Full-Bodied, Rice-Forward, Aromatic and Complex.
