Our summer seasonal release began as part of an infusion class in the summer of 2015. We liked this combination so well, we decided to make it a seasonal release. This winning recipe starts as Kings County’s signature moonshine, but then is infused with cut grapefruits and whole jalapeño peppers, designed to strike just the right balance of citrus, bitterness, and heat. This is a great substitute for tequila in margaritas or over ice as a perfect summer refresher.
