La Bastide Saint Dominique Chateauneuf du Pape is a gorgeous organic red wine gem from this highly reputed producer of Chateauneuf-du-Pape. Family estate LA BASTIDE SAINT DOMINIQUE is a unique place in Courthézon, less than 1km from Chateau RAYAS, built around a 16th century chapel, at the foot of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape hills. The domain was created by Gérard and Marie-Claude Bonnet in 1976. Brother & sister Eric & Véronique BONNET perpetuated in 1999 the family tradition from their parents, bringing dynamism and modernity to what is today a magnificent 50-hectares estate divided into Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Côtes du-Rhône, Côtes-du-Rhône Villages, Cairanne, Rasteau and IGP Mediterranean appellations.
La Bastide Saint Dominique has become a flagship estate, promising wines of complexity, full of indulgence and authenticity. "Bonnet's wines convey a balance of depth and vibrancy, with a strong emphasis on fruit expression, but stopping well short of being confected, jammy or roasted."-Vinous
