La Bollina Gavi is a beautiful food-friendly dry white wine from the Monferrato region of Piedmont, made of 100% Cortese. Tenuta La Bollina is located in the territory originally assigned to the production of Gavi DOCG. The estate, which for centuries has been the residency of the Marchioness Figari of Genova, is surrounded by a magnificent landscape of hills, selected vineyards and chestnut woods. The winery has 25 hectares of property and a well-equipped cellar.
La Bollina Gavi is straw yellow in color with tints of green. Dry and unoaked with medium-full body, it offers a beautiful nose of fresh fruits and spring flowers. Balanced, round and fresh with a long, refreshing finish.
La Bollina Gavi is an ideal match for grilled salmon, roast chicken, cheeses, risotto and vegetarian dishes. Enjoy over the next 4-5 years.
