Lagavulin 11 Year Old Sweet Peat is aged exclusively in first-fill American Oak ex-bourbon casks resulting in a delightful sweetness that emerges through rich peat smoke. This medium-bodied single malt, meticulously matured, unveils a symphony of honeyed sweetness and a refined vanilla toffee finish, moving beyond conventional peat. A Gold Medalist at the 2025 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, it’s an invitation to explore a more nuanced peated landscape.

"Fragrantly sweet on the nose, with peat smoke, sea shells, cigar box, and pronounced sweetness of dried strawberries. Mellow on the palate, syrupy and smooth—peated but not a peat bomb at all, with strawberry jam, dark chocolate, and sugared coffee. The finish has spice and peat to keep the fruit sweetness in balance. Overall very light and sweet, almost candied at times.
