Thanks in large part to the extraordinary work of Aurélien Laherte and his family since 1889, heads are turning toward the village of Chavot in the Côteaux Sud d'Epernay, a sub-region sandwiched between the Côtes des Blancs and the Vallée de la Marne. As a meticulous vinifier and a devoted practitioner of organic and biodynamic viticulture, Aurélien strives to produce a lineup of blended and single-vineyard Champagnes that deeply expresses the identities of his unique terroirs.

From the family's chalkiest soils in Chavot and Epernay comes this racy and finessed Blancs de Blancs. This is a thirst quencher AND a wine for the Champagne cognoscenti! 100% Chardonnay, aged for 6 months followed by a light filtration before bottling during the spring time; non-dosé. Practicing organic.
