Mai Vino Sauv Blanc is a delightfully refreshing dry white blend of 85% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Riesling from Chile’s Curico Valley that’s organic and vegan-friendly. AND it’s packaged in a cool-looking 1.5L pouch that’s good for the planet! Mai Vino works directly with winemakers and growers from around the world to produce responsibly grown and beautifully balanced single-origin wines. They package these wines in airtight pouches that keep wine fresher longer and reduce its carbon footprint by 80%.

Mai Vino Sauv Blanc hails from the Curicó Valley, boasting a viticulture tradition dating back to the 1800s. While the Spanish conquistadors brought the vines, the French brought viticultural knowledge to the country during the late 20th century.

The terroir is a combination of sand and the granitic decomposition of the coastal mountain range. This fertile soil is rich in volcanic basalt and limestone. This combination keeps the soil cold and allows the Sauv Blanc to ripen perfectly. These soils are far more fertile than those in other wine-producing regions of Chile and have been a major player in the success of the region's wines.

100% organic Sauvignon Blanc is fermented in a stainless-steel tank, stirred on its lees, and then blended with dry Riesling. This beautiful white wine has tropical fruit aromas and acidity typical of a traditional Sauvignon Blanc, but the addition of the Riesling adds beautiful floral notes and minerality.
