Maison Vialade Pinot Noir is a tasty Pinot from Domaines Auriol in the south of France. Maison Vialade is certified vegan. The vineyard is located in the Limoux terroir in the Haute Vallée de l'Aude. This sector benefits from three meteorological influences: oceanic, Mediterranean and Pyrenean, which favors the aromatic development of the grapes during maturity, making it possible to produce a range of wines of great finesse and perfume.
Maison Vialade Pinot Noir has an intense color and aromas of blackcurrant and gingerbread. The palate is round and supple. The wine is fine and elegant. Best consumed in the first years after bottling, and evolves pleasantly for 3 to 4 years. Perfect with poultry with morel sauce, roast chicken with dauphine potatoes, mild cheeses or chocolate desserts.
