Paraje Tornel is a red of 100% Bobal, cultivated traditionally "in glass" from 60-year-old vines in clay-limestone soil located at an elevation of 750 meters in the Tornel region. Dominio de la Vega Paraje Tornel is a full-bodied red wine with silky tannins, garnet red in color. After malolactic fermentation in French and American oak, it is aged for 12 months in barrel, then bottled and rested a minimum of 12 months more to finish its refinement and roundness. It offers a toasted, spiced and coffee bouquet with hints of minerals typical of its terroir and balsamic notes of the Mediterranean forest herbs and garrigue, finishing with ripe berries.
