Perez Cruz is a family-owned winery specializing in red wines, all produced and bottled at Fundo Liguai de Huelquen. The beautiful state-of-the-art winery sits among 250 hectares of vineyards surrounded by the foothills of the Andes in the Maipo Valley, 45km southeast of Santiago. Perez Cruz Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva is a blend of 95% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Syrah and 2% Carmenere. It is full-bodied with notes of ripe red fruits, black pepper, vanilla, dried fruit and a classic touch of herbal aromas including tarragon and laurel. On the palate it is creamy and concentrated with silky, rounded tannins. This wine is beautifully balanced to drink now and over the next 6-8 years. The finish is long and smooth.
