Pinhook’s 2024 straight bourbon exemplifies Pinhook Co-founder and Master Blender Sean Josephs’s commitment to crafting the best possible whiskey year over year, resulting in vintages that vary slightly in profile while remaining consistently excellent. Blended and proofed for sipping and mixing alike, Pinhook’s core bourbon is a fresh and exciting staple of the contemporary home bar and back bar.

Pinhook released its first bourbon in the fall of 2014 to considerable acclaim. The next major step came in 2017 as Castle & Key restored production at Kentucky’s abandoned Old Taylor Distillery, and Pinhook began distilling its own mash bills there. The resulting bottles were the first to come out of this historic site in nearly 50 years, and now form the basis of Pinhook’s core whiskeys.
