Concentus, from the Latin, means harmony, concert, agreement, consensus. It embodies the oenological art of mixing different varietals in order to produce a harmonic wine, a result of the sum of the qualities of each component: Merlot, Tannat and Cabernet Sauvignon. Made from estate vineyards in the "valley of the vineyards" where the Pizzato family pioneered the vineyard from the mid-1980s. From its first release with the 2002 vintage, it has always been among the most outstanding Brazilian wines, present in gastronomic landmarks in Europe and the USA. Pizzato Concentus Gran Reserva has an intense color, dark ruby with violet features; dark red fruit aromas, red fruit jelly, spices, wet grove, mocha and prunes in syrup. Full bodied, good persistence and long, balance with traces of sweet spices, plums and chocolate.
