SIGNATURE BOURBON From a mashbill of roughly 2/3 corn and the remaining 1/3 evenly split between rye and malted barley, the Signature recipe is mellow-aged in #3 char barrels for a minimum of 4+ years and bottled at 90 proof. Tickles the tongue with spicy rye and vanilla notes. Finishes smoothly and sweetly with a hint of caramel. Adding a few drops of water brings out some oak along with sweet tobacco and a softer spice.
