Ravines Dry Riesling is a white wine gem for those who appreciate the noble Riesling grape. Ravines Wine Cellars is an artisanal winery in the flourishing, world-class wine region of the Finger Lakes, located in upstate New York. It is the passion of Morten & Lisa Hallgren, a European Winemaker/Oenologist and his Chef wife. Together, they have created a small, distinctive winery, crafting elegant and expressive wines using Old World winemaking practices. Ravines Wine Cellars sits on a hillside overlooking glacier-carved Keuka Lake in the Finger Lakes of upstate New York. "The 2022 Dry Riesling comes from a vintage with a polar vortex in the winter, resulting in a much smaller crop. Those low yields led to great depth of fruit here, accented by leesy saltiness. Sweet peach, apricot, lime zest and an exotic note of guava emerge, braced by measured acidity and notable grip. This bracing Riesling finished at 3 grams per liter of residual sugar. The 2022 is quite good."—Vinous, 91 points!

Ravines Dry Riesling is soft yellow-green in color with a beautiful nose of pear, apricot, apple, lime and fennel.Light-medium in body with a dry finish, the wine offers bright flavors of lime, peach, flint, fennel and charred pineapple. A beautiful and succulent, dry Riesling that shows terrific balance and tension from the integrated acidity. It was fermented in stainless steel, with no oak. This wine is elegant and refreshing with a long, clean finish.
