Rosa Fiore Barolo is a beautiful expression of the Nebbiolo grape from a great vintage in Piedmont. Rosa Fiore Barolo is brick red in color with a fragrant nose of cherry and violets. Mineral notes and elegant tannins offer complexity and aging potential. Produced from estate vineyards in the commune of Verduno. Limestone-based soils with sand and clay produce a fragrant and elegant style of wine. Fermented on the skins for 15 days and aged for 36 months in 80% large Slavonian cask and 20% French oak barriques. This full-bodied red will reward several years of cellaring and drink best from 2024-2032. It is long and rich on the finish.
