All of Siduri's Pinot Noir is produced unfiltered and unfined in an effort to maximize the expression of these very diverse sites. Both native Texans, Adam and Dianna Lee fell in love with Pinot Noir in 1994 and have continued to evolve as winemakers, creating wines which reflect their growth and passion.
