St Francis Cabernet Sauvignon is a beautiful Cab from this highly respected winery in Sonoma. For more than 55 years, St. Francis Winery & Vineyards has crafted authentic, fruit-driven wines rooted in the diverse terroir of Sonoma County. St Francis farms over 400 acres of 100% certified sustainable vineyards across Sonoma County with thoughtful stewardship and genuine respect for the land and people who tend it. Led by winemakers Katie Madigan and Chris Louton, alongside Vineyard Director Jake Terrell.

St Francis Cabernet Sauvignon shows off its depth with generous aromas and flavors of crushed wild blackberries, dark red fruits, cassis, and milk chocolate that meet up with savory notes of black olive and sage along with a hint of allspice. These vibrant flavors are balanced with smooth tannins and a long, rich finish. Aged in French oak barrels, 20% new. The wines are kept 15 months in barrel before final blending.
