Sydney Back Chardonnay is a dry white wine of 100% Chardonnay from the Coastal Region of South Africa produced by Backsberg Family Wines. The Sydney Back Kosher range celebrates the Lithuanian Jewish roots of the Back family. Made under the auspices of the Beth Din South Africa and the OU of the United States, these wines are Mevushal and Kosher for Passover. The winery is carbon neutral.

Sydney Back Chardonnay is straw-yellow in color with medium body and balanced acidity. Unoaked and fresh, this Chardonnay combines notes of lemon zest, melon and hazelnut with an alluring complexity.
