Sydney Back Pinotage is a dry red of 100% Pinotage from the Coastal Region of South Africa produced by Backsberg Family Wines. The Sydney Back Kosher range celebrates the Lithuanian Jewish roots of the Back family. Made under the auspices of the Beth Din South Africa and the OU of the United States, these wines are Mevushal and Kosher for Passover. The winery is carbon neutral.

Sydney Back Pinotage is cherry-red in color with medium body and soft tannins. 30% of the wine was aged in oak for 9 months. Concentrated, soft and oak-aged, this ultimate expression of South African Pinotage rewards the palate with a juicy blackberry finish.
