Our distinct mash bill is made from locally grown Kentucky selected corn, rye, and malted barley. We distill our 90pf single barrel bourbon, aged in new American char #4 white oak barrels that creates a bourbon an amber color, full bodied with vanilla, caramel, and butterscotch notes.
