Terra di Rovo Cabernet Sauvignon is a beautiful natural red wine from winemaker/owner Giulia Mercatelli in Umbria. Terra di Rovo is a small boutique winery situated in a secluded corner of the Umbrian hills in Italy. It is dedicated to the creation of minimal intervention wines from sustainably grown grapes, allowing the biodiversity of the vineyard to play its natural role. All grapes are hand-harvested in order to preserve the bright flavors and rich earthy character of the fruit. Fermentation always occurs spontaneously, without added yeasts or fermentation activators. Respecting the laws of nature, the harvest and the winemaking process follow the lunar calendar. During the bottling process, no sulfites are added.

This fruit-forward pure Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of dark berries, a touch of peppery spice and hints of peppermint. The palate is laced with flavors of wild blackberry, mint and hay. It is a wine with great longevity.
