Terre di Sovernaja Vernaccia di San Gimignano ‘Viti Sparse’ is a beautiful white wine gem from this famous appellation of Tuscany. Terre di Sovernaja is run by owner Federico Montagnani and winemaker Andrea. Located in San Gimignano, the estate was already known for its high-quality olive oil and saffron, but recently Federico started a project with Andrea to produce wines. The winery is certified organic and has 9 hectares of vineyards 300 meters above sea level. In addition to producing grapes, oil, and saffron, animals can live freely on the estate, creating an essential natural balance.

Terre di Sovernaja Vernaccia is a dry, fresh, mineral-driven white of 100% Vernaccia with vibrant acidity, showing floral, citrus (pink grapefruit), stone fruit (apricot, pear), almond, and herbal notes (rosemary, oregano, chamomile). Medium in body, the wine offers complex notes of minerality, orchard fruits, almond, and herbs with a fresh, savory finish. It is produced biodynamically with minimal intervention in cement tanks for purity.
