Kentucky Straight Bourbon Alltech's Lexington Brewing and Distilling Co. consists of our brewery as well as our Town Branch Distillery, which was added to the Kentucky Bourbon Trail® in October 2012 and became the first distillery built in Lexington in more than 100 years. Our facility is the oldest craft brewery in the city and is one of the few joint brewing and distilling operations in the world. The exclusive new spirit, Town Branch® Bourbon: Sherry Cask Finished, is a 9-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey from the early days of Town Branch Distillery. Finishing the bourbon in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks gives this new expression an exceptionally smooth finish with a depth of flavor, including notes of roasted pecans with dried plums and raisins. 50% alc
